Registration and entry fees
Pre-registration for Pom’bel IRONKIDS Tallinn is open online on www.trismile.ee until September 3rd 2020. On-site registration and delivery of materials will take place on September 4 from 15.00 to 17.45
Parent/guardian must agree with terms and conditions during registration. It’s not allowed to give your race package to someone else. The organizer has the right to not register the athlete if it’s appropriate. If the race is cancelled due to force majeure, entry fees won’t be refunded.
Pom’bel IRONKIDS Tallinn entry fee includes:
- Professional organization
- Finisher T-shirt
- Finisher certificate (electronic)
Athletes are registered to the event when the entry fee is paid. Entry fee is calculated according to payment date (not registration date).
During registration parent/guardian confirms that he/she is responsible for his/her child’s health condition and agrees that the organizer is not responsible for any health issue and damage/disappearance of personal belongings.
Run courses are in the area of Noblessner Marina.
There is water available in finish area.
Timing chips are on the backside of the race number. NB! There is no timing in 3rd start!
Pom’bel IRONKIDS Otepää participants total limit is 600.
There are awards for top three of each age group (1. and 2. start). It’s mandatory to take part in award ceremony to receive the award. If athlete can’t take part in award ceremony, his/her coach or representative may take the award. Awards won’t be delivered afterwards.
There’s medical aid available in the race center during the race.
Lost and found
All found items will be taken to info booth. After the race you can send your queries to firstname.lastname@example.org. Organizer will keep the lost and found items for 7 days after the race.
Parking and traffic on race day
It’s mandatory to follow the instructions of police, officials and traffic controllers while parking and during the race.
Race organizer has the right to change the race manual. All these changes will be announced on event’s website.
